These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website https://doorsecuritybars.com (the “Site”) and purchases made through it.

By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

We are a Spanish company trading under the brand Armorbar - Door Security Bars.
We sell and ship products to customers throughout the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK).

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country), and
  • Provide complete and accurate information during checkout.

3. Products and Availability

  • We make every effort to ensure product details, descriptions, and images are accurate.
  • Minor differences in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing variations.
  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we’ll inform you and refund any payments made.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) for EU customers and pounds sterling (£) for UK customers.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed on our Site. Payments are securely processed by our payment providers.

If we discover a pricing or product error, we may contact you to confirm or cancel your order. You will receive a full refund if we cancel.

5. Order Process and Contract Formation

  1. After placing an order, you’ll receive an order acknowledgment email confirming receipt.
  2. Your order becomes binding only when you receive an order confirmation or dispatch notice from us.
  3. We may cancel an order before dispatch if:
    • The product is out of stock,
    • There is a pricing or description error,
    • Payment cannot be processed, or
    • You do not meet our eligibility criteria.

6. Delivery

We deliver throughout the EU and UK.
Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout.

  • Risk and title: Risk passes to you only upon delivery, in accordance with EU and UK consumer law.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing, please notify us within 7 days at info@doorsecuritybars.com.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control (for example, customs delays or courier strikes), but we’ll keep you informed if such events occur.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off / Withdrawal Period)

For EU and UK customers:

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — without giving any reason.

To cancel, contact us by email at info@doorsecuritybars.com, clearly stating your decision to withdraw.
You may use the EU/UK model cancellation form, but this is optional.

Refunds:

  • We’ll refund the full price of the goods, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return).
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for purchase.
  • You must pay the cost of returning goods, unless they were faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions:

You cannot cancel if:

  • Goods are made to your specifications or clearly personalised; or
  • Goods are sealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

8. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

If a product is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to remedies under consumer protection law.

  • EU customers: You have a two-year legal guarantee from delivery, as provided under EU law.
  • UK customers: You are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which gives you the right to a refund, repair, or replacement depending on when the fault arises.

9. Warranty

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a two-year manufacturer’s warranty on all products for defects in materials or workmanship.
To claim, contact info@doorsecuritybars.com with proof of purchase and a description of the problem.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
  • Any matter for which it would be unlawful to limit liability.

Subject to that:

  • We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or that were not reasonably foreseeable.
  • We supply products for domestic use only and are not liable for business or commercial losses.
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site (including text, images, logos, and graphics) is owned or licensed by Panic Room Builders S.L.U.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.

12. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with:

  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU customers, and
  • The UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 for UK customers.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in the law, our products, or operations.
If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect.
Continued use of our Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • For EU customers, these Terms and any disputes are governed by Spanish law, but you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
  • For UK customers, these Terms are governed by English law, but you still enjoy your mandatory UK consumer rights.

You may bring legal proceedings in your country of residence.
