1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If there is any delay (e.g. stock shortage, customs documentation issues), we will notify you via email.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For shipments within the EU, no customs duties apply.
  • For shipments to non-EU countries, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  • We will label the package with a commercial invoice, declaring the value of the goods.
  • Please ensure your address, contact phone number, and any required tax identification or EORI number (if applicable) are correct to avoid delays.

5. Shipping Insurance & Risk

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the carrier’s custody.
  • Any damage or loss that occurs during transit must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist in filing a claim.
  • Please keep original packaging and photos of damage for documentation.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • If tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you did not receive your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.

7. Failed Delivery / Address Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, you may be asked to pay additional shipping fees for re-shipment.
  • In some cases, we may cancel the order and issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) if reshipment is not possible.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, you may request changes (address, delivery method) within 24 hours, before fulfillment begins.
  • If the order has already been shipped, modifications may not be possible; you'll need to handle returns or reorders.

9. International Shipping Disclaimers

  • For items shipping outside the EU, please be aware that processing times may vary, and customs clearance can extend delivery time.
  • Under current EU rules, businesses importing or exporting goods must submit advance electronic declarations (e.g. via ICS2) to comply with security and safety regulations.
  • Failure to provide accurate shipment descriptions, values, or HS codes may result in delays, fines, or package rejection.
