Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent returns process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as this may delay your refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, you received a defective or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

6. Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
